18/07/2025: I felt at home in the US and at a local diner that I used to visit when I was there for a long period of time. The food was good and the atmosphere was great.

15/07/2025: American visiting Copenhagen, but living in Germany. This is the closest thing I've found to an authentic American dining experience in Europe so far since moving to Germany. The large drinks are actually large here. Like, American-large. The atmosphere is really nice, well decorated, and excellent (if a bit Elvis-heavy) 50s-60s oldies music complete the experience. I had the "Kind A Burger" without onions. It was chicken served with some kind of mayo sauce on a sugar-waffle sandwich. It actually worked quite well, I would have it again. Also had a side of Mac and cheese which was baked and absolutely amazing. Zero complaints. Would absolutely be a regular here if I lived in Copenhagen.
