On my latest trip to CPH, I tried some places recommended by European Coffee Trip, and this was one of them. It's absolutely my favorite so far! The baristas were very helpful and knowledgeable about the beans. The ambiance was nice and coffee is by far the best I had in CPH. I would 100% come back here.

Super god kaffe af høj kvalitet. Hyggelige omgivelser og god betjening. Vi købte kaffe og kage og fik også shoppet lidt forskelligt med hjem . Kan anbefale andre at lægge vejen forbi

The Coffee Collective is a good spot for coffee lovers, with a relaxed, comfortable vibe. The coffee is well-prepared, showing attention to detail. They have an in-house roaster, which looks great and adds freshness to the experience. The spacious layout is ideal for relaxing. Plus, I found an informative book about coffee shops there—definitely a place worth spending some time in.

Nice place, however we noticed that the water was warm. Both latte and filter coffee were really good :-)

Great coffee and great pastries, however not your cosy coffee place anymore to sit and do some work. As they decided to play Spotify top 50 at high volume. (So loud that my AirPods Max on noise cancellation don’t even can filter out the noise)

Really tasty coffee! I had both drip / pour over and expresso based drinks and they were all on point. The pastries were super yummy and wonderful compliment. All this and a welcoming staff that makes this a truly great place!

27/10/2024: Best ramen in Copenhagen. You can't go wrong on the menu - the first place that comes to mind when I think of eating out. Good bite in the noodles and a whole world of flavor in all the soups - glad I found you!

23/11/2024: We had to go out to eat for the first time with our 7-month-old daughter, and the staff were simply so nice to us. In addition to the food being really nice and at a friendly price, we were really spoiled; surprised that the outdoor cover was rolled out so we could shelter the pram from the rain, and heat lamps were turned on when I had to go out to breastfeed. The waiters came to talk to us once in a while (without being overbearing) and made fun of our daughter. They were also nice to run the courses quickly, when you are now running on borrowed time. Just overall a place where they paid attention to us, tailored the evening to us and our needs without us having to ask and made it such a nice evening. Warm recommendation on all points!
