Smoooooth double latte with oat milk. Barista knows how to stretch the oat milk for a smooth consistency, a skill I have yet to master.

The espresso is as good as in Italy, which is rare enough to mention! The cardamom brioche is also an absolute must-try.

Visited because it’s highly recommended as one of Copenhagen's top roasteries. I had a flat white, but to be completely honest, it didn't stand out much from other well-known cafes around town. Perhaps trying their brewed coffee would have left a better impression. My coworker and I both shared the same thought: it’s probably not worth going out of your way for, but it’s a good option to stop by if you are already nearby.

We had a wonderful visit at the Coffee Collective at Vendersgade 6D. Nicklas, who took our orders, truly stood out — he was incredibly helpful and friendly, and never once made us feel rushed. We had a few questions about the pastries, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and with genuine enthusiasm. That kind of attentive, unhurried service is rare and so appreciated. The coffees were absolutely delicious — exactly what you’d hope for from a renowned specialty roaster. If you’re visiting Copenhagen and looking for a top-notch coffee experience paired with warm hospitality, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a latte and a brownie to stay. Got the brownie on a plate and the latte in a paper cup while everyone else around me got drinks in a mug or glass. The employees didn't get the order wrong, otherwise they wouldn't have placed the brownie on a plate. Nothing special about the latte and the brownie, which was small for the price. I bet this wouldn't have happened if I looked differently, and I'm not a fan of places who treat customers differently because of how worthy the staff judge they are. Effort should be equal for every customer.
