Best coffee and best homemade cheesecake 👌service is 5⭐️. The place is located in the heart of Valby❤️ and you are greeted with a smile when you enter the shop.

Baked goods and coffee on a whole other level of quality! I had the breakfast plate with soft-boiled eggs and EVERYTHING was just perfect! The bun (salt and pepper) was paradoxically firm and airy at the same time, with a crunchy crust and juicy, flavorful crumb and a lovely firm cheese with salt crystals. The egg was cooked to extreme perfection, with the white being 97% firm and the yolk 97% liquid. Bravo!👏 And the coffee (americano) was also made by a true barista who knows his craft. 70% of all so-called baristas in Copenhagen are incompetent clowns who throw one failed product with invisible white (or non-existent) crema over the counter after another! I say: Let them come to Valby and have Coffeehagen show them how to be a barista! My americano had thick, dark crema with clear streaks of oils from the freshly ground beans and the successful extraction. Bravo again! 👏 In Copenhagen, unfortunately, there are 200 cups of coffee between a cup of such high quality as the one I had today. The type of coffee bean is not 100% to my taste as it has a bit of the sour expression that has been popular since the mid-1990s and (unfortunately) still lingers, but fortunately (for me) the sour expression in the bean is far less than what is the norm. My opinion of the bean is of course subjective. Objective facts, on the other hand, are that the quality of the bean as well as the barista's processing and extraction of the bean into perfect coffee, were of an extraordinarily high level. As I am annoyed that one cannot exceptionally give six stars instead of five, I say thank you for the experience and the exemplary service to the staff at Coffeehagen! And see you again!
