Had dinner at Kolumbia Pizza & Restaurant and tried the Tandoori Chicken Pizza. The pizza was fresh, generously topped, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The crust had a nice texture, and the portion size was great for sharing. My only suggestion would be to slightly reduce the salt and the amount of tandoori masala in the chicken. The seasoning was a bit overpowering, which masked some of the other flavors. With a more balanced marinade, this pizza would be even better. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with good quality ingredients, and I'd be happy to visit again to try more items from the menu.
