Everything is ok, but I have never experienced a room not being cleaned or towels changed in 4 days...at the reception they told us they clean every fifth day

Good location. Great Breakfast. Helpful Staff. Tiny Rooms.

In general, it was generally very good. However, the impression is dampened by the fact that housekeeping only starts after the fourth night. This, by the way, isn't disclosed when booking. Since we were only there for five days, I asked if the service could be done after the third night. They promised to check, but then it simply wasn't done. I didn't find that service-friendly. As for the rooms: simple, but still OK. Even though we booked a superior double room, the room had no linen closet, no table, and no refrigerator. But otherwise, it was bright, with large windows and a comfortable double bed. The hotel's location, close to the central station and Tivoli Gardens, in the modern Vesterbro district, is great.

Excellent location within the city. Central station is in walking distance. Staffs at reception are super helpful. Excellent breakfast too! But the room itself is below average.

Great hotel in a pinch. We had a last minute flight cancelatiin and rebooking so had to pick something very last minute. Close to everything. Good location. Clean, modern, decent size rooms.

Breakfast is amazing. Location is on the city center. Walking distance to everywhere.. 3minutes to central station. The guys on the reception is very very friendly

Great location and I was a big fan of the way the place was decorated and the rooms were plenty big enough for 2. I'd have preferred a kettle in the room but there was free tea/coffee downstairs. Loads of choice for breakfast to suit all tastes. Would def stay here again if in Copenhagen

Always the best service at Strawberry's hotels, I wish there was other bread than sourdough bread for breakfast, but fortunately there are other alternatives. The last star this budget-friendly hotel could have received if the windows had been soundproofed - the street noise from Vesterbrogade comes pretty much directly into the rooms facing the street. But definitely a budget-friendly hotel.
