There for the day for business and was pleasantly surprised. Very smart and modern design with great patio space above the atrium. Staff were very friendly and helpful and an overall pleasant experience.

Comfort Hotel Vesterbro enjoys a prime location, perfect for those looking to get a taste of the city. However, the accommodations themselves might leave you scratching your head unless you're in a particularly festive mood—turns out, you pretty much need to be buzzed to find the charm in these rooms. Speaking of charm, don't expect any from the beds; they're about as soft as the floor. On the upside, the folks at the reception are top-notch: super friendly and ready with a good selection of drinks to maybe help you see your room through rosier glasses. Despite its flaws, the hotel’s staff and location do offer some redemption.

WARNING - Thieves operate with freedom in this hotel. We only saw one small warning sign up on one wall, and we were not told about the risk at check in. There are key card operated elevators and access to the corridors with rooms is with a key card. But access to the dining/breakfast room is uncontrolled. We both had our mobile 'phones stolen from our table in the breakfast room: we reported this to the staff and the police, both of whom informed us that thefts at breakfast were common place in this hotel. Members of staff also said that the thieves often came in to breakfast to eat for free. The police reviewed the CCTV and confirmed that they knew who the thieves were. We visited in late April 2024. The hotel is well positioned for seeing the sights of the city centre (of which there are lots) and restaurants; the rooms are a little on the small side; the bathrooms were clean (and with lots of hot water), but did have a musty smell; and the staff very helpful. There is also a car park for those who need it. The breakfast was plentiful and wide-ranging, and the dining room well laid out. So, in summary it is a good hotel with good value for money, but they cannot deny that thieves are operating within it - in the breakfast/dining area. This could be reduced if a member of staff checked people before allowing them to enter into the dining room to ensure that they were either members of the hotel, or paying members of the public.

The breakfast was wonderful and especially the attention of the waitresses. I also had a problem with my glasses and Victoria was dedicated and kind, helping me with everything we needed to solve it. Incredible!! I also mentioned the efficiency of Florencia and Dany made it a very pleasant moment

Good service. We had to change hotel rooms since the shower was bad. Bicycle rental. Good breakfast. Short distance to most things, such as Tivoli Gardens, restaurants and park/water.
