Nice surroundings with nature 😀 But older worn rooms. Our drain in the sink did not work and although reported to the reception it was not fixed. The first night, after patience, we had to go down to the reception at 02.00 and ask for calmness for the noisy company standing outside outside our room😡 In the bar we enjoyed a delicious well-prepared burger menu and the highlight of our stay was the service from your Swedish and extremely service-minded bartender😊

We celebrated my brother's 40th birthday. Fantastic staff, smiling, friendly and a really good overview. The premises are incredibly beautiful and well maintained. The perfect setting for a memorable evening.

nice hotel, very friendly staff, good service. Unfortunately, the beautiful wellness area is very poorly planned. - The massage area is in the pool area and is only separated from the other guests by screens. - there is no relaxation area - The 10 loungers are far too few for a wellness area designed for around 50 people. - Unfortunately the restaurants are not very comfortable.

Super wonderful experience with friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend this place and even come back another time. If you want the full experience, I recommend staying a minimum of 2 nights and purchasing a massage or similar wellness treatment for the full experience/relaxation.

If you are looking for a good place to stay, spa and nice breakfast, then this is the place. Fantastic location, not far from the beach. Saunagus is also an option, can definitely be recommended 😊 However, Clever's charging stands do not work on site. Tried several times. But apart from that, super nice place if you don't want to go too far when you live in Greater Copenhagen 😊

One thing is certain Service is high at Comwell Borupgaard. We had a single night at the hotel and after a fantastic day with the spa, delicious three-course menu and wine menu, we went to our room to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately there were some guests who had had too much to drink and thought it was hilarious to bang on other people's doors at around 4 in the morning, which of course resulted in us being woken up with a huge shock. When we went to the reception at 8 o'clock the next day to inform about this, the receptionist Jakob was so nice and accommodating that he not only gave us a later check-out time but also removed all our extra expenses from the bar and spa as a "band-aid". Completely fantastic service that we didn't expect at all! We will definitely come again for that reason alone! The only negative we can think of besides the experience at 4 o'clock was that the rooms were a bit dark. But still top marks from here!

Quite a nice place, and good location in quiet surroundings right by the station so it's easy to get around, and fine with parking if you're in a car, the food is good and the service is fine, but their spa area isn't the biggest, we arrived on Friday and it was completely full, there aren't very many sunbeds for relaxation, so you have to be quick. And everything else besides that costs extra and is not at the cheap end, rooms were ok, a little choppy here and there but there is a lot of noise and you could easily hear people out in the corridor, mediocre hotel.
