Good place for meetings and conferences and a cozy weekend stay

Nice location little park just outside of Helsingor. Reception was ok, we had to wait for a while because there was only one person on duty at 8pm and I've had warmer welcomed. Room is ok but all the scratches and damage gives a tired impression. Bed seems new enough but has a back breaking dip in it. Window reluctantly opens because someone painted it and closed it too quickly pressing the rubbers into the wet paint. There's no working extraction fan in the bathroom so you get mouldy tile grout in the shower, which lacks pressure and is like being rained in. TV doesn't support any streaming from your own device. Internet is good enough to stream things There's a little kettle in the room but no fridge. Breakfast was ok but busy even at 0915am. Things like coffee and mugs run out. All in all it felt a bit overpriced. Not a hotel to complain about but also not something to seek out for another stay.

Good stuff here! The danish knows how to manage hotel. We also ate very nice dinner and my girl had here best service experience at the dinner table. She was soooo happy

The room was clean. Good service upon arrival 😃 Really delicious food and a wonderful waiter 👍 The only downside is that there is only one disabled space, a bit strange for such a big place and we had to stay very far down 😒 Not good for someone who has had knee surgery.

Wonderful hotel, but don't choose the simplest rooms, lacks storage for clothes, trash can, lighting in the shower etc.

Our rating: The hotel is okay overall, but unfortunately, the value for money isn't right for us. We expected more for the high price. The breakfast was really very good, but the rooms are clearly showing their age – especially the bathroom: lots of limescale, a lot of visible dirt, just old. Not necessarily dirty, but just worn. It's fine for one night, but we wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay (e.g., a week in Denmark). Positive: Beautiful location, a quick walk to the beach, which was truly gorgeous.

We stayed at this hotel and had mixed impressions. Cons: — No bottled water in the room — guests are expected to drink tap water, which may not be suitable for everyone. — The room was very hot, and there was no air conditioning or any other way to cool it down — only by opening the window. — The view from the room was of a neighboring building, and when the window was open, we could clearly hear the loud noise from the ventilation system of that building, which disturbed our rest. Unfortunately, we couldn't close the window because of the heat. — Not all staff members speak English — we had to wait for someone who could communicate with us. — Quite an expensive stay, especially considering the above drawbacks. Pros: — The room had an iron and ironing board, as well as a small electric kettle with cups, tea, and instant coffee. — The spa area was excellent: four different types of saunas, lots of space, and no small children, which made it genuinely relaxing and peaceful. — The on-site restaurant is of a fairly high level — great food and friendly service. Overall: This hotel is a good option for those seeking a calm and relaxing spa experience with quality dining. However, be prepared for heat and noise in the room, possible language barriers, and a price that doesn't fully match the comfort level in the accommodation.
