Best staf, nice rooms and subway wery close

The staff members were so nice and helpful. A gentleman called Nick at the breakfast buffet was so polite yet friendly. The breakfast also had a variety of options. The 'Small double room' was small, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with all amenities you need. I absolutely loved the fact that the hotel was located a few meters from a metro station. I could use it to go everywhere I needed to. I recommend this hotel and would go back.

The modern hotel is located in the Nordhavn district. Surrounded by very modern architecture, it offers little in the way of life or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The frequently criticized parking situation in the underground garage isn't worth mentioning. You should inform yourself in advance, then you won't have any stress. We parked in the Orientplads parking garage, 300 meters away, where you pay at the machine or via app upon exit. Bicycle parking is available in the underground garage.

The location is perfect, and the city is quickly accessible by metro and water taxi. Parking is limited at the hotel. There are large parking lots outside not far away. The reception staff explained everything very clearly, including how to pay for parking.

Great hotel/hotel room, highly recommended. Friendly staff and very modern and beautiful decor. The evening restaurant rounded off the stay perfectly. While the hotel is a bit out of the way, it feels like you can get away with anything that has wheels or can swim. The subway is about a two-minute walk, the bus is about a one-minute walk, and you can get to the boat in five minutes. All in all, simply fantastic.

Booked with my partner over 4 days. Location: perfect if you want to stay a short stay away from the city centre while enjoying the cool vibes of Nordhavn and Orientkaj. You’re also a stone throw away from Reffen (food market!) by boat. I super close to the metro and several bus lines. Amenities: Very modern. On top of rooms which were basic but very functional, we used the gym everyday along with the Co-Work space as I had many business meetings I had to attend remotely. Specific meeting rooms on the first floor are also available for a more quieter time. Service: we had to use a fridge at reception for medicines as rooms don’t have minibars. This was easily handled with the staff. They also accommodated a change of pillows at no extra cost as ours were too soft. For cleaning, a word of warning ⚠️ - rooms are not automatically cleaned as you need to request for the service the night before through a QR code. But when you do, it’s done. Breakfast: clearly a highlight! Excellent buffet wi tbh choice of eggs, fruits, vegetables, cold meats, spreads, viennoiseries, bread, yogurts, porridge and the likes with gluten free, dairy alternatives options etc. Worth taking with the room. Coffee tastes terrible though…. We went to Original Coffee just around the corner to get proper ones every day. But all in all, highly recommend the hotel if you don’t crave the busy streets of the city centre and prefer space. Only putting 4 stars because at that price the rooms felt a bit small (with no extra amenities like a swimming pool or sauna, that felt a bit much to pay for).

Beautiful hotel and excellent service. The only small flaw: the room in the photos looked a bit larger and more comfortable. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; the location is extremely convenient for getting around, as the metro station is right next door. We would have also had three complimentary lunches offered, but we didn't take advantage of them since we were walking away from the hotel to explore.

A very good hotel. Cleanliness and service are top-notch. Excellent breakfasts and excellent connections to central Copenhagen, with metro and waterbus connections nearby. We will definitely stay here again.
