Good hotel near the cruise terminal

We stayed in a suite room with 2 double beds with our 4-year-old daughter. I am writing in detail for information, your comments were very useful to me.
Positive aspects: The room was spacious and practical, details were considered. The beds were comfortable, but single bed bases were combined in both beds. The hotel was very clean in terms of the room and other areas. The breakfast was extensive, but being in a tight time frame (between 8-10) reduces flexibility. It would be better if it was between 7-11. In terms of location, it is in a very quiet area (we stayed for 3 nights, we did not hear any noise) and very short distance to the U4 orientkaj stop (you can reach the center in 10-15 minutes including waiting times), and in front of the station, there are also ferries providing transportation within the city. The staff was helpful and bordering on professionalism. The lobby and seating areas are spacious, you can spend time.
Relatively negative aspects: Unfortunately, there is no balcony. There are no English channels on the TV except CNN, the rest are local channels. You have to scan the QR code before 12 am for room cleaning, it's too bureaucratic.
In short, if I visit the city again, I would like to stay, especially on family trips.

if you have a car, the location is good. There is paid parking downstairs. Room 4321 smelled of sewage and the shower did not work well. Otherwise, everything is not bad. Good atmosphere, staff, food. The room has a hairdryer, soap and shampoo. Balm and cream could be added.

Nice modern hotel, 13 floors high, is located a bit outside the center but a few hundred meters away there is a metro station.
Every few minutes a train goes to the center.
The room was spacious, beds and pillows too soft for our taste
Nice modern bathroom.

We chose this hotel for our city tour. The receptionist at the counter was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, something I've rarely experienced. The room wasn't right for us at first, but we were given a new one upon request. The furnishings were nice, the bathroom very modern with a bathtub and shower. There was even a shower-toilet, unfortunately without a remote control or instructions. The button cover was missing, so using it was a matter of luck, at least. The rain shower had hardly any pressure, so it didn't provide a proper shower experience. After complaining, something was apparently done, and it was better afterwards. We tried a snack at the hotel bar that evening, but that's something we can skip. I wasn't expecting rock-hard, overcooked frozen goods at Fish&Ships in this category and by the sea. That was disappointing. Breakfast the next morning was good and plentiful, but unfortunately, there was no fish, as you would expect in Denmark. They didn't want to make me a fried egg either, but the chef kindly pointed out that there was plenty of choice. Breakfast lasted until 10:00 a.m., and at 9:30 a.m., an employee came to our table and pointed out that breakfast was almost over, which I found a bit disconcerting. The extremely positive impression at reception was somewhat dampened in this area, partly because the friendliness of the service clearly left room for improvement. Overall, though, it's a nice, clean hotel in a good location with a metro station and water taxi almost right outside. It's easy to get to the city center.

New and well-kept structure, minimalist and design: a little far from the center, but the merits of the structure overcome this impasse. A big negative: under the hotel there is a public parking, which can also be paid at the reception. We expressly ask to pay for 2 days of parking through the hotel, request made upon arrival and on the second day. At check out, they tell us that only one day of parking is registered, about €21 (157 dkk) and for the second one you have to pay the fine, about €107 (875 dkk)! We protest, because it is a mistake made by the reception, but they do not listen to reason, do not admit the mistake and do not make a minimum effort to propose a solution. For them it is a question of different cultures, rules and habits. Meh!

The hole hotel is very clean. Fresh, good choice of material and furniture. Water view. Nice and friendly employees.
Will definitely come back. Very delicious breakfast. Close to both harbour buses and the metro

For the money you can get a room for, this is just a great choice!
A large hotel with a huge loft area, where there is a restaurant, a bar, a conference hall, and a gym.
Relatively good rooms in Scandinavian style (when there is nothing extra, but it seems like everything is there), with comfortable beds.
Not far from the metro, in the area of the new port of Copenhagen.
The only thing that is annoying is the late check-in, from 15.00.
