Nice but with some shortcomings.

Everything superlative I stayed here and everything was great

Nice and spacious rooms, big bathroom and comfortable beds.calm and modern area with very good connection to the metro and super easy access to the city centre. The receptionists were kind and attentive. The only problem was an occasional sewage smell coming from the bathroom (mostly in the evening) and a cleaning defect in the lids between the toilet cover (the area seemed as it was not cleaned for quite long time) which unfortunately not resolved, despite our remark at the reception (cleaning stuff mentioned that they did not manage to clean it). We were however offered to change rooms in the first evening which we did not consider necessary in the hope that the area would be cleaned in the next days. Overall a pleasant stay.

The first impression of the hotel was positive. A very modern, visually appealing building with a spacious lobby with various seating options and modern interior, as well as direct access to the hotel bar. A nice receptionist at the reception and at the hotel bar also very professional and a good selection of drinks - also non-alcoholic. A fairly well-equipped gym (with a professional strength tower, lots of dumbbells and a good selection of cardio equipment). Unfortunately, that's where the positive ends. There are fundamental savings on staff and you can tell: no porter, no room service, no telephone in the room - if you want to reach the reception you have to call with your cell phone and end up on hold. The cleaning of the rooms must be ordered with your mobile phone via QR code (one day in advance!), otherwise the room will not be cleaned - tea bags, sugar (instant) coffee, etc. will still not be refilled! Minibar is non-existent. Breakfast buffet: officially until 11 a.m., unofficially you don't need to go there after 10 a.m. because a lot of things are already sold out and can no longer be refilled. Pancakes for my son (8 years old) were only available on the first day, after which they were supposedly "sold out" - quote from an employee.

Super good location in relation to public transport. Fast on the Reffen and fast in the center despite the somewhat isolated location

Unfortunately we found the double room much too small. Unfortunately, I don't understand the trend that the toilet door has to be half open and not lockable. Public transport connections, service and the hotel itself were still very good. However, don't expect a huge room.

Superb, very new hotel, very clean and which offers a breakfast worthy of the name. A real quality brunch we have offered you. The rooms are very well insulated (I never heard the noise from the neighbors), comfortable and well equipped. Although the hotel is not located in the city center of Copenhagen, access to the metro is relatively close and makes transportation and sightseeing easier. An excellent address.

I think the hotel is great, in a very nice location, even if it is further away from the city center. Exploring the area here is a must, beautiful modern area and lots of beautiful things to discover. The metro is 2 minutes away from the hotel, so you can get to the city center quickly if you want. But exploring every corner of Copenhagen is definitely worth it, as it's not just the city center that's worth seeing. We thought the room was nice, but the temperature in the room couldn't be regulated very well, which meant that it got very warm at times. The breakfast is great, but the dining area is simply too small for so many guests, the tables are right next to each other and finding a free table in the morning is a challenge. We parked in the parking garage one street away because it was cheaper. The soundproofing in the hotel is a miracle, we didn't hear anything in our room and even in the lobby you can hardly hear the noise of the guests eating right next door. All in all we are very happy with the hotel, the staff is always super friendly. Even if there are a few small flaws, I can only recommend this hotel.

We needed a top mattress, otherwise very good. The food is also delicious.

I arrived very late at night, but received a warmer welcome than I had at a hotel in a long time. I found the breakfast to be very good with lots of organic products and great pancakes. The location and outdoor seating are great, especially in summer. It takes longer to get into the city by boat than by metro, but the ride is very nice. I don't know if there are restaurants nearby for the evening. The luggage storage is unusual, it is a self storage room. I actually took out the insurance offered because I found it a bit unsafe if other guests could access my luggage.
