Excellent rooms, service and staff. Location wise it’s a little out of the city centre but the local area has a great vibe.

Modern hotel in the modern and nice area of Nordhavn. Great ambience for a walk or a run around the area. Staff was very friendly, room was great. I appreciate that the rooms are cleaned only on request. The breakfast is not huge but ok. The gym is really small.

The hotel is located close to the metro station in Nordhavnen. Large open reception with good breakfast restaurant. Nice rooms, with good beds. The bathroom can be highlighted as neat, but despite the large shower, the amount of water that comes out of it is limited. Nice cold water in the tap.

It's a new hotel with great service and a great location.

It's ok - busy lobby with groups of work people. Design is pretty basic by Copenhagen standards and the rooms are bland. Bar service is woeful.. Given Eur50 for a burger and glass of red wine, I'd expect a lot better. I had to wait 5/10 mins at the bar to order, they don't clean the tables, the burger arrived within 2 minutes so they just knock out a load of pre-orders, fast food style - it was medium cooked (no option for medium rare) and had been sitting around a while. Location is non-central and no room views. Much better alternatives in central Cph for the same price and I wouldn't advise eating or drinking here. Oh.. and they charged me twice (admin error), but that happens I guess.

Have been here a couple of times for an overnight stay. The first stay was very positive, and on the last stay the service from the staff seemed even higher than the last time. Delicious breakfast buffet, large cozy lounge area with several TVs so that even sports enthusiasts can feel welcome. There is a parking garage, so you have easy access to the hotel itself. Please note that there is a charge for this. The location is great. Even though it is in Copenhagen, the streets around the hotel are quiet. At the same time, it is close to several attractions and the train station. If you haven't been here, I highly recommend you give the place a try.

Ate in the restaurant. Good food, however the beef was a bit tough.

Relatively new hotel on Orient Kai. Spacious 20sqm double room with a view of the large and quiet inner courtyard. Service came every 4 days, as previously announced. If you wish, he can come every day, but in our opinion this is not necessary. Hotel is 2 minutes from the metro, which takes you to the city center in 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the water bus, which also leaves from the Orientkai metro station. Great boat trip to Nyhavn about 45 minutes. Metro runs every 5 minutes and the water bus runs every 30 minutes on weekdays. Hotel lobby very spacious with areas for working or chilling out. We didn't have breakfast. The bakery next to the metro is ok for a quick breakfast. Hotel is cheap in comparison. A 5-day ticket (CitypassSmall) for the metro/water bus costs €45. We can fully recommend the hotel.

Clean hotel, nice in design, location super close to public transportation: metro, boats and buses. The breakfast is very complete, there is everything from ginger shot and a wide variety of foods.
