Comwell Kellers Park Vejle

I recently visited this spa hotel using a gift card that included dinner, an overnight stay, spa access, and breakfast. Check-in was a bit frustrating. Instead of a smooth welcome, we were handed an iPad to fill in our personal details. This process felt cold and disconnected, especially when you lose the interaction with the receptionist. It would be much more guest-friendly to collect those details before arrival and simply ask for an identification and signature upon check-in. Dinner was a confusing experience. After sitting down, food was brought to us within five minutes. We hadn’t even ordered yet! It turned out that the gift card only covered a set menu for the day, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. When we asked about the main course, the waitress told us it was fish. My partner doesn't eat seafood, so we let her know, and she kindly offered chicken instead. Unfortunately, they still brought out fish for both of us. We reminded them, and they corrected it, but by that point, my food had already been served and had to be taken back so we could eat together. It would have been really helpful to know the set menu in advance—for both clarity and dietary needs. On a more positive note, the spa was lovely and relaxing, and the building itself is beautiful. Learning the story behind the property before it became a hotel was fascinating—it adds a lot of charm and character to the stay. The room was comfortable, and breakfast the next morning was pleasant.

Beautiful spa (can really be recommended) and delicious breakfast and evening menu. However, the room did not meet our expectations due to a slightly strange smell and worn and old bathroom and no conditioner in the bathroom. Ok level of service in that we were able to get a conditioner for the room and were offered another room. But it shouldn't have been necessary and it ruined the experience a bit unfortunately.

Great location and surroundings. The spa area was also quite nice, but there was no information about people being able to come in and out even if you had paid for a treatment in the steam room. The food in the restaurant was really delicious, but we waited an incredibly long time between each course. The waiting time was sometimes 35 minutes between two courses, and we got a 5-course menu. Since it was not ala carte, it was too long a wait. The room was super nice, but there were silverfish on the floor several times, which indicates a lack of cleaning. All in all, a nice stay, but with room for improvement, as we do not feel the standards were fully reflected in the price it is set at.

Top delicious hotel in so many ways. Unfortunately, the hotel tries too hard to save money and be sustainable. There are no trash cans in the rooms (They have been missing for a very long time) There are no more bath slippers. In the spa area, there is no longer juice on tap, but now only water. The food is generally boring and small portions. The food menu in the bar clearly lacks more and better alternatives. The burger is not good and the fries have far too many fries. Beer is way too expensive. The staff get 10 stars - They are always professional and super welcoming.

Good conditions, was at the meeting and good catering

Our 5th visit to Comwell Kellers Park. Incredibly beautiful location. The history of the buildings and the area is unique and; for better or for worse, Danish history. Lots of opportunities for good trips in the local area or further afield. The facilities are wonderful as you would hope for in a spa hotel and easily accessible. There is a calm and relaxed atmosphere throughout, well assisted by service minded staff. Free access to selected drinkable refreshments and fruit. The food in the restaurant is delicious and beautiful. Possibility of 2nd serving of main course. Service in the restaurant is top notch. The bar is quite cozy. Not as such special. Good options for various board games. The rooms are fine. The beds are good, but on the soft side. Good space in the bathroom. Exactly enough space in the parking space. Clever chargers (6 plugs x 11kw). At least 4 more chargers are needed. Additional purchases in the restaurant, bar and partly in the spa bar quickly become quite an expensive experience. Not least the bar is expensive. But that is of course a subjective experience.

Had a great stay over the New Year. The spa was incredibly beautiful with good treatments and activities for everyone. The sauna gas master was really good and I can highly recommend the clay bath. The food was good throughout, but especially the breakfast was really delicious. The restaurant was quiet and a good option for food in the spa. All staff were friendly and very service minded. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you want to really get down to speed.

Although there is now also a sauna gas master. Kellers Park has lacked that. We have enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's Day with a delicious breakfast, wonderful experiences and treatments in the wellness and spa. Good with new thinking and utilization of the steam bath for a bodily experience with a Viking bath. Saunagus was really leaking. The Moroccan facial massage was, as usual, top class.
