I totally enjoyed the vibe and service and and the beautiful cakes. My apple cake was spot on with a bit of walnut 100% my style. We sat outside in the rain and the umbrellas did a fine job. Had a laugh to myself, every one else queued to go inside - Melbourne weather makes you tuff. I will also comment of the coffee pot - this in effect gave us 2x 2 small coffee's and kept it warm.

A beautiful pastry shop that takes you back to an old time! Every sweet we had was delicious and it's worth trying all the flavors! The space inside is large and there was no wait when we visited.

The hot chocolate wasn't too sweet and was good. The lemon-based mousse cake was delicious. If it had been any other cake, I would have never ordered hot chocolate and instead ordered coffee or tea. The staff was friendly.

A charming patisserie with delicious desserts. We tried the famous sportskage and eftererskage. We don't understand why sportskage is so popular. But we really liked the other chocolate one. The tea comes in a pot, and you can add water to it.

Probably the best hot chocolate I have ever had, and it came with a free refill! I was on a mission to find the best cardamom bun in Copenhagen, and the one I had at La Glace was my favourite. Lovely atmosphere, elegant yet friendly. Would be very happy to go back on my next visit!

29/09/2025: Really good food. Got the dish of the day (Roasted pork) which was just sitting in the cupboard and in an appropriate quantity. Very service-minded staff who were attentive to you. It is definitely worth a visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
25/09/2025: We had lunch at the Couloir restaurant (where we have been several times before) and again had a fantastic dining experience with very delicious and fresh dishes. We were served by a young lady who was incredibly service-minded and quickly understood our perhaps slightly special wishes, as we are older and a little bit handicapped. The price was at a very reasonable level and we will definitely meet up another time. Best regards Frank

01/12/2025: I can highly recommend it; the service was attentive and friendly, and the food was very good. We had duck and red risotto.
