We really enjoyed the actual ceramic painting! It was a lovely experience and we had a great time. However, the service was a bit disappointing. Despite the space being mostly empty, our request to sit at a 2-person table instead of the communal one was rejected. Later, when we asked if it's possible to extend our session, even just for 10 min or so, to finish up, we were told no again, even though there were still plenty of empty tables. It felt unnecessarily rigid and took away from an otherwise great activity.

Super cool concept, I've been there twice, first in their old premises on Østerbro, and most recently in their new one on Nordre frihavnsgade. There was a cozy atmosphere, both cold and hot delicious drinks, and they were both refreshing and beautifully served. The concept is brilliant, well thought out and the prices are competitive.
