Culinarium Bornholm

Very good and tasty food, we were there twice and were very impressed both times. The salmon on the wooden plank was amazing and we also really enjoyed the cod with Riesling sauce and Arctic shrimp 😋😋 Katharina and Claus are really great hosts, we felt very comfortable and were happy to have met you. Very tasty food, prepared with a lot of heart - top class. We enjoyed that very much. Fish & Chips with specially collected chanterelle mushrooms. And Ant Pasti Culinarum -Top. The lobster soup, for me as a soup fan, a pleasure🥰. Thanks for the experience!!!

We all got four fish'n'chips - one gluten-free (without breading). Really good fish and perfectly cooked.

The best fish and chips I've ever eaten! Very tender and in a delicious tempura batter. Very friendly service. And a nice view of the harbor. Highly recommended.

Delicious food, we had three courses, although a bit expensive as a whole - but this is also Bornholm during the holiday season.

Hurtig og god betjening. Villighed til at tilpasse retten til både store og små. Maden var lækker tilberedt, med god fisk som basisingrediens.

Wir sind ohne Reservierung angekommen und wurden warm empfangen (wir würden euch aber empfehlen zu reservieren). Wir wurden schnell bedient, das Ambiente war toll, und das wichtigste: das Essen war fantastisch. Gerne wieder!
