Here’s a refined rephrase for you: A higher-quality matcha that could very well be the best in Copenhagen — though there’s still one more spot I plan to try before making a final verdict. It’s certainly a step above ST Teahouse. Here, the matcha is prepared with proper technique, rich in flavor, and never watered down. Even with me drinking the matcha latte because they do not serve the ceremonial here

Great spot for meeting a friend (or friends) for good conversation over coffee or a bite to eat. Excellent food and pastries. Can accommodate bigger groups, but definitely make a reservation in that case.

Stumbled across this hidden gem early in the morning. Fresh croissant and what seemed to be a rye bread with chocolate paired with a cup of black coffee. The croissants were freshly baked and the chocolate bread goes extremely well with the cup of coffee. I was not sure what the chocolate bread exactly was but I would highly recommend it, perhaps try it with something like jam or butter to make it even nicer. I accidentally spilled half my coffee before getting to my table and the staffs were very kind and brought me another cup. Opens early enough, if you are out for an early stroll like me around the city, would recommend this spot.

Probably the best specialty coffee shop in Copenhagen. They have a wide variety of beans from different roasters and they cycle them frequently, so if you are into trying different beans then this is your spot. Lack of vegan options to eat make it a not ideal place for that purpose for me, unfortunately. This is quite common in Denmark as it is not a vegan-friendly city
