Excellent bread and cakes. The coffee is also good. Unfortunately, the place lacks atmosphere and the table arrangement is impractical with too many large tables and no small tables. Lack of interior makes the room noisy when there are many guests, and makes it difficult to hold a conversation and enjoy the good bread.

Great place. Really good bread and especially the buns with cheese and butter are a great not too expensive thing to get

Excellent place for breakfast. I recommend the cardamom buns and the cinnamon buns, as well as the bread with cheese that is typical of Denmark. The place is small and you may not find a seat but otherwise you can order takeout. Highly recommended!!!

Substans

26/11/2023: Substans was one of our top dining experiences in Denmark-Sweden trip. It is located in the revitalized waterfront harbor area. It has a beautiful view and modern interior, for some reason the view enhanced our taste buds capacity as well. The staff of five worked in both the kitchen and dining area, and they were all excellent! The food presentation was wonderful, and the place offered a good balance between traditional Nordic foods, modern culinary approach and ingredients sourcing. it didn't disappoint us for choosing the place among the options we had!
11/11/2023: Fantastic food and not least the juice menu, which I never thought I would try.
