Here you get a really good lunch with polite service in a charming French café style. We got the Parisian steak, which was well prepared with plenty of toppings. But don't be fooled by their fritters! You won't get crispier and tastier rustic fritters in Kolding. Try them with truffle mayo! You won't regret it.

We often visit Den Blå Bistro in Kolding, and it is undoubtedly one of our favorite places to eat in the city. Every time we come, we are greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere, where the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food never disappoints! Their desserts are in a class of their own – the latest one we tried was a crisp tart filled with fresh blackberries, topped with a creamy ice cream that blended perfectly with the other flavors. The presentation is always beautiful and the taste is top notch. If you are looking for a place with both fantastic food and atmosphere in Kolding, we can highly recommend Den Blå Bistro!

OK food for the price, we waited a little long as there was only one waiter for the whole area. Adult staff with control over the operation.

The expectations for the "chef's choice" were not met. The starter was nice enough, a good salmon tartar. The main course, one fish meatball with remoulade and a piece of rye bread was disappointing - boring and all too salty. All in all, dining experience was not worth the money

In overall 3 stars, would give it more, if they had immediately refunded the overpaid amount for the menu.
