We spontaneously discovered Den Gyldne Kringle on the way to the airport. As Danes abroad, our hearts completely melted when we saw the large selection of Danish classics. Unfortunately, we couldn't bring that much in our luggage home, otherwise we would have bought half of the store 😅 We bought Mardi Gras buns and coffee and enjoyed them in the shop in good company with the friendly staff. I will 100% go back the next time I pass by Aalborg.

05/04/2025: We were a group of 14 who had forgotten to book a table for our long weekend in Aalborg. Despite the short notice, the amazing team here went out of their way to accommodate us. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided top-notch service from start to finish. On top of that, the atmosphere was warm, charming, and full of character — a perfect setting for a great evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place — 10/10!!
