I ordered a hot tea, which cost 30DDK (about 700 yen). No one was working or studying on a computer; it seemed like everyone was there to chat. I went on a weekday just after 3pm, and there were about 3 or 4 groups of people there. There were still seats available, but by 4pm they were almost full. They also have terrace seating, so it's a great place to relax on a nice day. There were also works by various artists on display, and they sold accessories, paintings, tea leaves, and skincare products. The female staff member was very friendly.

I always enjoy stopping by Designcafeen. It has a cosy, neighborhood community feel while also offering carefully curated shopping from artists who I believe are usually from the area. The food is very fresh and the coffee is reliable. I definitely suggest planning to spend a bit of time here browsing, sitting, and enjoying the atmosphere, since I think that’s what makes Designcafeen shine.
