Very good value for money. It is DKK 499, all inclusive, per person on a weekday. Drinks were on a table in the middle of the restaurant, but it is ad libitum. The atmosphere is good, but a bit noisy because the tables are very close together. There is something relaxing about the fact that the choices have been made for what is on the menu and you can sit back and enjoy the experience. Some of the flavor combinations don't quite hit the mark, but overall it was good food and good drink.
You won't be disappointed, but you won't be overwhelmed either.
Aperitif
3/5 nothing special, but quite ok. The mini mozzarella was good and fun.
Appetizer

There was a slightly mixed reception to the appetizer. The starter seemed a bit haphazardly put together and the flavors were not allowed to interact freely. The juice(?) of shellfish and citrus tasted more like old fish, possibly just too much fish. There was one who really liked the starter but not the pears.
If you are looking for the most wine for the money: 5/5. The wines are good. The red wine was a bit cold and the white wine too warm. I wonder if they have switched between red and white wine?
The elderflower evening cannot be recommended, it tastes nothing.
Main course
4/5
Here the flavors went better together, especially the stuffed leek was a positive surprise. The meat was tender and went well with the pickled plums. For some, the main course brought associations to childhood and good memories.
Dessert
4/5
There were slightly divided, but overall very positive opinions about the dessert. Some thought it was refreshing to have a dessert without salted caramel or chocolate, while others missed something salty or bitter to contrast with the overwhelmingly sweet apple-dominated mousse and ice cream. The hazelnut ice cream was outstanding.
The dessert wine was impeccable and pulled up to a four.
Coffee and sweet with a sharp one
The apple brandy had no apple flavor, but was perfectly fine as a brandy. The room was nothing to write home about, it is not recommended. There was too much alcohol in the room.
Good coffee, but a bit thin. The cake with the coffee was also good.

Been there twice and both times it was absolutely fantastic. The food, the service and the experience - absolutely perfect!
Both times I have also sat close to the neighboring table, where a guy cannot manage free bar. It detracts a bit from the atmosphere, but the place can't help it.

Really delicious food, and wine ad libitum.
Good concept where you don't have to go through all the hassle of ordering and paying. NOK 499 all inclusive. Good service and really good presentation of the menu. It doesn't get much better

An evening at "Det Glade Vanvid" in Aalborg was a complete experience for DKK 499, where everything was included - both food and drink. From start to finish we were in good hands with incredibly friendly and attentive chefs and waiters who created a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
The evening began with a delicious appetizer, accompanied by sparkling bubbles, where there was also the option of non-alcoholic sparkling wine. This was followed by three tasty servings, inspired by the seasonal ingredients and the nature around us. Each dish was elegantly composed and clearly showed the kitchen's creative approach to the ingredients.
We also had the opportunity to choose our own wine to go with the food from the wine bar, which offered seven different wines - both with and without alcohol. This added a personal dimension to the experience where we could match the wines to our own tastes and the different dishes. There was also a choice of beer, soda, iced water and sparkling juice, allowing everyone to find something they liked.
The sourdough bread, which was served with a stirred cream inspired by the flavors of the season, was a wonderful addition to the meal and complemented the other dishes well.
Unfortunately, the main course, which consisted of pork, was a bit of a disappointment. The smoke was too dominant and ended up overpowering the natural flavor of the pig, even though the meat itself was well cooked. A more balanced use of smoke would have lifted the dish to the same high level as the rest of the menu.
The meal was rounded off with a glass of the chef's well-chosen avec, where you could choose between aged rum, cognac and calvados. In the end, we were treated to coffee or tea, and of course something sweet with the coffee.
Despite the slightly too smoked main course, it was a lovely experience with the possibility to adapt the wines to your own taste. "Det Glade Vanvid" delivered on almost all fronts and we would definitely consider visiting the place again!
