⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A cozy and elegant dining experience We had a wonderful evening at Det Glade Vanvid. The atmosphere was warm and intimate, with soft lighting that created the perfect cozy vibe. The food was beautifully balanced — from the light cod brandade and creative salmon trio to the tender truffle-marinated veal and rich caramel dessert. Every dish was full of flavor and presented with care. Friendly service, great timing, and a relaxed mood throughout. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys fine food in a stylish yet homely setting.

An incredible experience! We came from Brazil to try one of the best restaurants in Copenhagen. Our host, Carsten Seip Nielsen, treated us to this place. A wonderful surprise! Rosa and Martin Hansen accompanied us and also commented on this place. We appreciate the recommendation. Congratulations to the chef and the entire staff, from the service staff to the kitchen assistants. Everything was wonderful. I have a small café in the south of Brás. Gamboa Beach in Garopaba. If you ever decide to visit Brazil...I've traveled south. We look forward to seeing you! Thank you very much.

A beautiful experience in a beautiful restaurant in the center of Copenhagen, with 6 variations of wines at the customer's discretion and several beers also at will 3 to close the company of everyone who was at our table, Me Leandro and my wife Jacira, My sister-in-law Mariza, my friends and parents in Denmark Martins Hansen and Rosa Hansen and our host Carsten Seip Nilsen without whom nothing would have happened, thank you for the dinner, thank you for the night to close our visit to Denmark.

Good experience, delicious menu and plenty of wine, beer, soda and whatever your heart desires. The food was fantastic, staff presented each dish and were sweet, kind and welcoming. Highly recommended

It wasn't the first time I was there and it won't be the last. Really delicious food, there's such a lovely atmosphere in there and you're greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff,

I have to say that the new dip is not very good, as the previous one does not match the taste of the bread in my opinion, more of a dip for chips. Dessert with 2 chocolate cakes with different toppings was just too much, could have been more varied but otherwise a nice menu😁😊

16/09/2025: We were greeted kindly enough with our little baby and his small car. We were allowed to choose a nice table. My beloved baby slept soundly throughout the meal. We were pleased with the friendly waiter service. The ingredients used in the dishes were fresh and delicious. There was no bad feeling in our stomachs afterward. I would like to thank the establishment, and especially the two lovely waitresses, for their kindness.
15/09/2025: An incredible experience, a beautifully decorated place near the beach, with beautifully prepared dishes. The tapas with their sauces and the starter were both delicious. The cocktails were incredible, and the service was prompt and informative, making our dinner a truly enjoyable experience.

14/10/2025: We had been there the day before, but due to the popularity of the place, we were turned away as everything was full. So we made a reservation for the next day to be sure of getting a table and being able to dine there. And we quickly understood why it was absolutely essential to book! We were greeted with a smile, received excellent service, and the restaurant's interior was very pleasant, warm, and cozy. We enjoyed typical Danish dishes and thoroughly enjoyed them. We started with the herring trilogy to discover local flavors, then my partner had the salmon and I had a piece of meat—a true delight, cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this exquisite place.
