We had a wonderful lunch at Det Lille Apotek. The food was absolutely delicious, I had 'egg cake' (which is similar to an omelette), served with bacon, tomato and rye bread on the side. It was full of flavour and incredibly filling. We also had the traditional apple pudding, and every bite was pure indulgence. We saw a few other dishes go to other tables and they looked appealing also. We had not booked, but as it was a mid-week lunch they had a table available, and their service was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and we were warmly welcomed. I would highly recommend a visit to Det Lille Apotek if you are in Copenhagen.

Nice and cosy danish restaurant with excellent food and service, only one thing which is the tables are very small and you are sitting very close to your nearest guests.

I highly recommend. Top locations. A historic place that was born as a Danish pharmacy. Traditional food (salmon, fried herring). Very organized service. Prices in line with the Danish market!! Enjoy.

Typical restaurant with truly abundant dishes. I expected more in taste but it is due to the quality of the Italian cuisine we are used to. I don't recommend paid veal.

A lovely cozy basement restaurant, which is also Copenhagen's oldest restaurant, which also had H. C. Andersen as a regular guest at table number 5. I have been there twice and received fast and friendly service both times. The food also comes quickly. The first time I tried Wienersnitzel and the last time (= yesterday) fried herring. It's definitely not the last time I come there. It would be a good idea to book a table - especially if you are coming with more than two people - and also if you would like a table on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass dieses Restaurant, das einzige ist in Kopenhagen, welches eine solche Ambiente aufweisen kann. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service ebenfalls. Was ich nicht bestätigen kann, sind die Kritiken der vorherigen Gäste von wegen Trinkgelder und Gebühren. Was ich aber seltsam finde, sind die „Betriebszeiten“ der Küche. Um 20.30 Uhr ist fertig. Wir kamen um 19.55 Uhr, konnten noch bestellen, andere Gäste, welche gegen 20.30 Uhr kamen wurden abgewiesen. Beim bestellen des Dessert wurde es kritisch, es hiess die Küche sei geschlossen man müsse schauen was möglich wäre. Finde ich speziell. Trotzdem einen Besuch wert, einfach frühzeitig.

This is a place where you can enjoy (at least for lunch, they seem to have a different menu for dinner) the traditional smorrebrod - danish sandwiches. For us it was a lovely delicious discovery and i cannot recommend it enough! they have quite some choice of smorrebrod. We picked 4, since you need at least 2 to feel full and it was difficult to decide which one was the best. Probably the herring one :) all in all, very good and a cosy atmosphere
