Very nice Danish restaurant. Particularly great to try the Danish national dish 'Stegt flæsk'. We didn't have a reservation and the waiter still arranged a table for us. The service was great and everything went really quickly.

Cozy restaurant with a really nice selection of food.
Had lunch and it was really delicious. Good ingredients, taste and presentation.

Then we stopped by again, for a little "before" Easter lunch. Everything was fantastic as always, with a service that showed that the staff really enjoy their job. We got the big dish.

Smokedsalmon with smoked cheese was a nice starter. Then, i tried flaskesteg which meat was not the nicest because of the membranes in the meat. The place was a bit noisy and busy so it was a bit difficult to have a pleasant conversation.

Close to both Strøget and the Rosenborg Castle, this hidden gem is just behind the Round Tower, and offers a comprehensive menu of Danish food. The service is polite, friendly, and efficient, and the food is stunning.
Lots of open sandwich to choose from and special mention to the roast pork, it was perfect.
It also boasts a large drinks menu, so you will find whatever you want.

We had a lovely traditional late lunch here , the restaurant was recommended to us a first time visitors to Copenhagen and we wasn’t disappointed. It’s very old traditional restaurant which hasn’t altered much . We opted for the Apoteker plate and ate 7 local dishes all of which we enjoyed . Our waiter was extremely helpful talking us through the menu and giving recommendations. Highly recommend a visit to this quaint restaurant

I was in Copenhagen for a 2 day trip and went to this hygge restaurant. First of all, the food was so yummy and the atmosphere is really cosy. The waitress was very friendly and engaging. The history of this restaurant as a former chemist is really intriguing as well. Don't miss it!
