25/03/2024: 3 stars might seem a bit harsh. But it shouldn't be seen that way. The food was excellent, but just quite simple. We ordered 3 starters and 2 main courses to share. Hamachi was delicious, but probably not nicely cut. Tartare was ordered with cilantro on the side, came with cilantro on top. No problem, those of us who don't eat cilantro could easily skip it. Other than that, it was extremely basic (read tasty with boring). Accessories or slightly exciting flavors could have helped. Burrata, was burrata. Like tartare, it is a permanent fixture in almost all restaurants and few places manage to make it just a little more exciting. Main course, pasta with mushrooms and glazed beef jowl. The beef jaw was delicious, I can't remember what was in the pasta dish. The bread that was served (and refilled several times! Nice!) was super delicious. The place is cosy, but the decor is a bit odd. Tables are a little on the tight side. Acoustics are medium+ to good. Staff nice and competent, and the area out front is extremely cozy - and will probably give a boost in a month or 2. The wine list had delicious wines and the same (overpriced) as all other restaurants in Denmark.

23/03/2024: Fantastic food, skilled and helpful waiters. A bit loud music, but that's appropriate for a Friday night.
