Very local and good..Jørgen gathers wild herbs, berries and mushrooms, Anna cooks the food. Fantastically sweet service and a large selection of local wines. A really good experience.

11/11/2025: Amazing place to spend a night. Welcoming staff and rooms had everything you need, nothing more. I recommend a stay in the castle and dining at the bistro. Ghost enthusiast’s dream.
05/08/2025: Cozy weekend at Dragsholm Castle. Overnight stay with breakfast and 3 course dinner in the bistro. We also had a guided tour and heard the exciting history, which is definitely recommended and gives a little more depth to the stay.

08/10/2025: We sat there on the terrace in September and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The service was also very friendly and anticipated our every need.
28/09/2025: Great place. Good service. Nice, nice and talented young people. Nice view, beautiful sunset. Nice and appropriate selection of dishes. The food was top notch and reasonably priced. Good parking options. 1 handicap parking. Smoking allowed on the terrace. Recommended. Table reservations recommended.
