No, the name does not refer to naked chefs on roller skates, but to the fact that they pick herbs and mushrooms in nature and use them in the food. The food is really delicious, somewhere between very good homemade and gourmet. The suggested wines go well with the food. The service is friendly and the premises nice. The overall impression is unpretentious but competent. You feel comfortable throughout. Have eaten there once before and hope to have the opportunity again.
