07/03/2025: Top of the class Really great, innovative food with a true north jutland touch, while having a super green circular mindset. One example of a dish giving the vibes from north, was the piece of game with a lovely sauce, which was served with a bread stuffed with the prow of the beast, and chefs words were "then you can scoop up the remaining sauce with the bread" - really lovely. The service was indeed top of the line, really in line with the premium price paid, but truly a nice experience. Really recommend the experience, with an underline on experience, as it is more than just food served. Go with the wine menu also, as it is really nicely tailored to the food, and the service can provide really in depth information about it.

06/03/2025: Had received a gift card for Alimentum as a Christmas present from our son. It was 2000 kroner. We had 4 people going, and booked time for lunch on 1/3, as it costs NOK 500 per envelope. When we arrived we were told that the lunch consisted of 6 servings. 3 snacks, a starter, a main course and a dessert. We all chose their juice menu for the meal. It cost NOK 200, but it turned out to only consist of 3 glasses that were to be served for starter, main course and dessert, which meant that we had to order drinks for the 3 snacks. The waiter nudged us to try a champagne, of which we were served approx. half of a bottle. It turned out to cost close to NOK 2,500, or rather NOK 1,240, which we paid for half. I don't think I've paid so much for champagne since Maxim Bar it closed 😉 Well! But the food was fantastic. And in addition to the above-mentioned peasant capture, the service was extremely tolerable. We will definitely be back. But we are guaranteed never to drink bubbles at Alimentum again 🥰
