I enjoyed the cookies and cream and the I love Copenhagen donuts were a cute touch. Very reasonably priced compared to Krispy Kreme!

Friendly staff, smiling all the time. I love Copenhagen concept donuts, always fresh and delicious. Order quickly right side of the shop, on the touch screen

The donuts were absolutely delicious. We left the place considerably thicker.

The donut had almost no filling and the cinnamon was barely noticeable. The price-quality ratio is completely inadequate. The only plus is very nice and friendly service.

Nespresso Boutique København

15/04/2025: I have been happy with Nespresso and your products, but unfortunately I am quite disappointed with the lack of technical support when it comes to software errors. I had a milk frother for DKK 3,500, which otherwise works fine – it starts up, runs as it should, and everything works mechanically. But then a message appears on the display: "Contact Nespresso" followed by a serial number. I therefore go to the store on Strøget, where the staff are nice, but they can't help because the fault is unknown - and it can't be repaired. That you are then offered 25% on a new machine seems like a quick solution to a problem that should be able to be handled with technical support. When a machine otherwise runs flawlessly and it is clearly "just" a software error, it is not good enough that you as a customer are parked without help. Nespresso stands out for quality and design, and therefore a corresponding technical service should also be included - especially when it comes to relatively new and functional machines. So here you have to tighten up. Software bugs shouldn't be a death sentence for a product that otherwise works fine.
