17/01/2025: I don't know how you can give this less than 5 stars. It is an incredible and unique experience that is second to none. I can only advise every foodie, gourmet and lover of good cuisine to experience this event once in their life. I believe that it makes no sense at this point to describe the 50 gears in detail and, if necessary, to analyze them analytically. Of course, with 50 courses, there are a few courses that either don't suit your individual taste or contain products that you wouldn't want to taste (e.g. lamb's brain). Here you simply have to differentiate and keep an eye on the big picture: the whole evening has one motto, which is implemented in its entirety. Various problems and global political issues are addressed; an attempt is made to sensitize the guests to the major issues of our time. You have to be open to that, then you can perceive the evening as what it should be: an inspiring journey. Conclusion: absolute recommendation

15/01/2025: A true multi-sensory experience, Alchemist is much more than a restaurant! 50 courses all with a story to tell and which are explained impeccably! Unique experience in the world absolutely worth doing!
