26/03/2025: Some of the best sushi I have had with lots of variations

22/03/2025: We tried again after a break of several years, when we had a bad experience with sour salmon last time. But everything should have a second chance. The food was standard sushi, neither mind-blowing nor boring, a solid meal that did no harm. However, there was a bit of a crunch with the beers in the company, which had no use and tasted sour. The owner was very incomprehensible about this, despite us having industry experience ourselves and therefore knowing what the problem was, they were nice enough to pull the bill, so no problem with that. The premises are nice enough, a bit boring but definitely not bad either. However, there was a long wait for the food and it came with a big time difference, so one group was almost finished when the next got their food. All in all, an excellent sushi experience in Randers. I wonder if we will come back later and see if the beer on tap has gotten better 😉
