Decent burger, good fries. Was a regular vege meat style patty, only problem was the bread was quite stale and overly sweet.

Nice Stuff and good food but we won‘t come again because you don‘t use normal dishes, the paperware is not sustainable which is the reason why we eat vegan

Seriously the best burger I've had in years. It's probably the first time I've had a burger that was actually similar to the ones in the advertising pictures. I served them to my husband (who was so full he couldn't finish it), my super picky 10-year-old (who couldn't taste that it was meatless), and for the house teenager. Thumbs up from everyone. Then the fancy burger chain (whose name starts with J) located 100 meters from where I live can wave goodbye to me as a customer. And crispy fries...

Most of the burgers are based on the beyond meat, vegan cheese is very mediocre, similar to these cheap cheese replacements you can buy in the supermarket. Fries were too salty but besides that it was just okay.

The burgers taste excellent, surprisingly similar to a real meat burger. The fries were too salty for my taste and the BBQ sauce was too bland and greasy. All in all, the smash burger is highly recommended. A bitter aftertaste is the rather high price in relation to the quantity you receive.

Service is very attentive and friendly, sanitary facilities not so clean. Burger and fries are great but I was very disappointed about the salad. For what I got it was quite pricey. I may also criticize using one way dishes for in house consumption.

05/11/2024: I ordered the grilled Mexican burger, which was delicious and had a good portion size. It came with fries and two types of sauces, both of which complemented the burger nicely. However, I also ordered a fresh lemonade, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. It tasted like it was made from bottled lemon juice mixed with some sugar and water, lacking the freshness I was hoping for. On a positive note, the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. We sat outside, and I appreciated that they continued to take orders late into the night. I was there around 11 PM on a weekday, and the kitchen was still open, which is a great feature for late-night diners.
30/10/2024: Phonix Cafe & Restaurant is located close to Norreport Train Station exit towards Rosenborg Castle street. We ordered typical English food, cod fish and chips. It was fresh, very generous portions and at affordable price. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

17/10/2024: Extremely fair prices, well composed menu and the portions were well adapted to several dishes. Great recommendation from here.
16/10/2024: Lunch on Sunday at 1pm... menu is limited to breakfast items, but all good and excellent baking. I wanted to try their Italian cooking so went back for dinner Monday night and the meal was really fantastic. Fresh bread, monk fish with pickled rose petals and chicken dish with leek reduction. Both dishes were full of flavor with unique elements. Evening service was excellent. Thanks to Casper for a kitchen and back room tour, which revealed the bakery, in house herb drying and butchery, meat aging, fermenting of dozens of different products for unique bases and sauces, sourcing of products from passionate local producers, ie. free range forest chickens. IL Boco is a special place run by really dedicated people passionate about food and flavor.
