27/03/2024: Food and flavors are solid without much effort on making some intricate pieces on the plates. The baby pine cone desert was surprisingly good. We were really amazed by the building. I wished we knew more about the history of the building. The construction of the ceiling must be very difficult - the geometry and symmetry looks perfect to me. And, the food matches up the architect. We were told "It's an old building". We knew Copenhagen is an old city, but we didn't expect there to be so many really well preserved "centuries old" buildings and city blocks.

24/03/2024: Ok. No one can remember the ingredients in each dish...so many from appetizers to desserts. Wine pairing not worth it. More expensive than troisgros...
