Egil's Cafe Syddjurs

Saw that there was a café and booked a table for brunch. Instead of brunch we ended up ordering some menu items that had an origin in the staff's home country, Brazil. The tapioka with mushrooms, spinach, and cheese. It was delicious. 🥑☕ The host was very friendly and did her best explaining the key properties of the dishes (and how they differ from Danish dishes). Also, we eavesdropped a bit on her conversation with other customers coming in (we sat right next to the counter). Several people spoke purely Danish to her, but she did a good job accommodating people in a mix of Danish and English 🗨️😎👍 We would love to come back another time!

Incredibly good pizza, and absolutely fantastic coffee. The kids say hello and say the ice cream was absolutely magical

Surprisingly, I had one of the best pizzas ever here. Salami ❤️ Such a lovely place!

The coffee was good. Try their lemon pie, it was heavenly. Super delicious pizza, great atmosphere and service.

Amazing service, atmosphere and food! As a Brazilian living in Denmark, the experience was really authentic and perfect blend between Brazil and Denmark! Definitely coming back 😍

The best restaurant in all of Djursland!!!! I've driven by it several times and finally tried it, and what can I say? The food is amazing, everything handmade and homemade, good coffee, very friendly service, and a beautiful garden. Definitely try the L'Abacate toast and the lemon starter. The pizzas are also great. You have one more regular :)

Sou cliente assídua porque quando vejo que é bom, eu valorizo porque uma comida e um bom atendimento é tudo que amo . Vou em família ou só mas tenho o que me atende, sabor, espaço agradável, um casamento perfeito 🥰
