The saleswomen were very friendly, and the sourdough bread with sesame seeds is incredibly delicious. The Snegls are so fresh and also incredibly tasty.

This is a lovely bakery where you can get everything you need for breakfast or coffee, or even things you don't. There's a nice selection. They have baked goods like bread and rolls, but also pastries. I'd gladly go again. The bakery is not far from the Netto supermarket, opposite the campsite.

I ordered a birthday cake by email for today. I picked it up this morning and just ate it. Everything we agreed upon in writing was done perfectly. It was a dream of a cake – a perfect combination of fresh fruit, cream, and sponge base. Our expectations were more than exceeded. Thank you so much for this wonderful service!

On the very first morning of our stay in Ebeltoft, our first stop was this bakery around the corner, which was also the only truly traditional bakery we'd noticed in the area. Was it really the only one? It was very pleasant to discover that the bakery was also a good one, despite its incredibly unassuming exterior. The selection of classic pastries is practically endless. They come in both small and larger versions, such as the Ebeltoft Stange (a type of breadstick). Admittedly, many of the pastries are quite similar in structure, and they are varied with different fillings like chocolate, custard, jam, or icing. This means there's something to suit every taste. At first glance, the sheer variety can be a little overwhelming. On our first day, we opted for the classics: cinnamon roll, Brunsviger (a type of pastry), Spandauer (a type of pastry), and a marzipan roll, which we then enjoyed for breakfast on a blanket on the beach. For me, both the sticky, soft cinnamon roll and the even softer and more intense Brunsviger were absolute highlights, which I had to treat myself to several more times during our vacation. If you're unsure, you should definitely try these two pastries; they are delicious! On the last morning before our departure, we treated ourselves to a huge box of assorted pastries for the road, all of which were absolutely delicious. The strawberry shortcake also deserves special mention! We also took two pre-packaged baguette sandwiches with us: one with Danish remoulade and ham, and the other with roast beef and burger sauce. Both were quite tasty, but rather unremarkable. We also bought a roll, which we enjoyed that evening as a "Bolle med Ost" (bread roll with bread). Looking back nostalgically on our wonderful culinary vacation in Denmark, this became another little highlight for us. So I can definitely recommend the rolls as well!
