Lovely hotel with excellent breakfast

Nice small hotel with friendly service-minded staff. Clean, fresh and nice. Nice garden with comfortable furniture to enjoy the sun in. 6 km to the restaurants in Stege. Peaceful, quiet environment. Restful.

Lovely place, cozy, close to the water.

Very nice location, super friendly staff. We booked a small room for one night, and everything was perfect. The dinner was delicious (well worth the price!), and the breakfast was plentiful with homemade products. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away.

Nice place in the nature 👍 rooms small, no TV 😐 limited Service times, no fridge available there to cool any drinks/food 😐 We missed a heartly attitute from the female owner 😐 as of our early departure, breakfast was not taken, but charged 😐 value for money quite low 😐 owner should more focus guest needs, than themselfes 😐 will not come back, lots of competition available to choose from 😉

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my fiancée to celebrate 10 years together and had a simply fantastic time. We had a delightful picnic basket waiting for us on our first evening, breakfast on both days was amazing and I only regret that I could not eat even more of it, and we had a wonderful evening meal in the restaurant. Julie and Jesper were lovely, and their (at the time) brand new staff member Sebastian did a great job of looking after us. Would highly recommend and already looking for a good excuse to come back again.

We had the most incredible stay at Egn! It was a very special weekend as I was planning to propose to my girlfriend over the weekend - Julie was incredibly helpful at making special arrangements including a bottle of champagne and some beautiful flowers! The hotel was wonderfully decorated and had a nice cozy feel to it. Jesper was an incredible cook and all the food that we ate was delicious - the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had and the meal at Restaurant Egn was incredibly high quality. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was honestly so delicious. Thank you so much to Julie & Jesper, we will be back for sure!
