Ellegaards Landkøkken Kolding

This evening, we spontaneously went to Mormors Landkokken as a family with two children. We received a very friendly welcome and service. The staff speaks some German, and the menu is also available in German. The children's portions of fish fillet with fries were huge and very tasty, and the portion of prawn cocktail was perfectly adequate for me as a woman and very tasty. My husband's schnitzel was also good. We will definitely eat there more often. The price was perfectly reasonable at around €90.

Great restaurant, delicious food, very friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere. We were here two years ago and had to go back on our next trip to Denmark.

Super nice staff, fantastic view and location, we got Grandma's tenderloin casserole with baked mashed potatoes, it was fantastically tasty, good large portions, we will 100% come again and again, thank you for the good atmosphere and good food and a tiny dessert ;-)

It took a while to get served, but it was incredibly busy in the evening. Once we ordered, it was quick. Great location right by the water, and the interior is very cozy! Good food, but it was a lot!

The service is friendly, the seating is comfortable. The food is definitely filling. And the prices are very reasonable for the quantity. There are parasols at the tables, but they don't open. Because of the wind, we were told. With at least 100 seats, there's only one toilet. That's too few. And now for the food. Fish and chips were okay, but nothing more. Grandma's fillet stew consisted of a huge portion of meat in gravy. The gravy was delicious, but the contents consisted of pieces of meat that weren't fillet and cocktail sausages that weren't fillet either. It was accompanied by oven-baked mashed potatoes that were definitely from a packet. And it would have been enough for three people. The beetroot was delicious, but the only thing there was too little of.
