In terms of seating area and the cleanliness it definetly needs some major improvements ... you get the feeling as if you are not in a coffee shop but in a canteen. There is also a persistent and unpleasant smell that comes from the side door which opens on to an area that looks like a hall way to a warehouse. It is a quite unusual experience for a coffee shop in a negative sense. The coffee is good so you'd rather pick up your stuff and get on your way. Edited in 2025: Since I had written this review 7 years ago, the shop went through a major renovation and the issues that I mentioned earlier got fixed. So I update my rating to 5*.
