10/08/2025: In connection with the Korsbæk tour, we had pre-ordered the 3-course menu, which was the only choice you could order in this connection. The prices for drinks are also ridiculously high compared to similar eateries. Remember that the railway restaurant is for the average citizen. The service was conspicuous by its absence as we were not offered to order drinks before we ourselves made it known that we wanted to order. Which only happened 25 minutes after arrival and registration. It took another 20 minutes before the starter came and we had to move it too. The starter and dessert were good, but the main course Skipper-labskovs seemed like something that had come out of a can, boring and tasteless. The envelope bread that came with the shrimp cocktail came to the waiter in a paper bag and they were so cool that they seemed like they had come in the mail. The service at this restaurant was almost non-existent as it is unacceptable that you have to make yourself aware that you want your food served otherwise it will take a long time before someone serves you. The lady who was probably supposed to be the manager of the restaurant seemed confused and without an overview. A young girl who also served there seemed much more professional. It could also be nice if they offered more options for choosing a menu and place to eat in connection with the tour, here I am thinking of Postgården. Unfortunately it seemed like the guests who came from the tour were given lower priority compared to other tables that had ordered ala carte. All in all a disappointing experience on top of an otherwise nice tour, we will not be back!!
