Best Italian I had definitely try the carbonara

Good food, and quick service even though they were busy.

The Pizza Diavolo was simple and excellent. A lovely, tender yet crispy crust, plenty of mozzarella, spicy salami that truly lived up to its name, and a few fresh basil leaves. It came with a small bottle of Italian beer. The ambiance tried to be Italian... but unfortunately, it was a bit too austere and sterile. This initially made me hesitate about giving it 4 instead of 5 stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service far beyond the ordinary! I had mistakenly ordered my food from the wrong Enzo & Co., but the staff (and especially Hector) at DTC Torvet immediately took care of the situation and helped me get my order under control. No hassle – just solution-oriented and really good service. While I was waiting, I especially noticed Hector. Stop it, how good he is at his job! Smiling, welcoming and with a very special energy. He personally welcomed the guests, shook hands, talked to them and made sure that everyone felt seen and welcome. It wasn't just good service – it was hosting on a level that you very rarely experience. And what was particularly impressive was that he did all this around 8 pm, when you can assume that it has already been a long and busy working day. Huge praise to Hector and the rest of the team at DTC Torvet. This kind of staff and service really makes a difference and makes you want to come back again. Amore! Wow, a surprise of an uncompromising Neapolitan restaurant in a surprising location. No fast food here, but high-quality homemade Italian food. Most of the staff spoke Italian and the open kitchen is filled with hook-aged meat, air-dried hams and the most delicious cheeses. A large stone oven is cozy with its flames and the bar makes unique espresso dopio, macchiato and much more delicious. We had the big tasting menu and tried the most delicious delicacies from the menu. It requires a big appetite and any leftovers can be taken home. A real gem of a restaurant and is highly recommended - don't be fooled by the location by the motorway - it is in no way fast food, but delicious quality food that is worth the time. But you can still eat a pizza faster than the three hours we spent enjoying the many servings. They have restaurants in three places around Vejle. Grazie mille! Remember to put a parking disc and extend it along the way as necessary.
