The coffee is fine but I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order because the barista could not figure out how to enter an order. Requires better training/more attentive supervisor.

Otto Pizza Elmegade

24/01/2024: One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time, and a highlight of my trip to Copenhagen. I would really recommend it to tourists looking for a good outside spot for lunch. One negative was the inside gives me bathroom vibes, I think they should considered renovating the style, I would suggest eating outside.
12/12/2023: I had a pepperoni pizza. As part of their lunch offer, it came with a drink and a marinara dip. The pizza is small, and quite doughey - which I happen to like but not everyone does. It tasted fine; the crust was good, but otherwise there is nothing exceptional about it. Service was fast and friendly. If you're looking for cheap pizza options in Copenhagen, Otto is a perfectly fine choice - a lunch offer for 65kr is nigh unbeatable! But if it's taste or experience you're after, there are better options around.

23/12/2023: The employees forgot my little frappucino and was therefore forgotten in the queue. Probably because the employees were eating cake behind the till. 3 stars because they were quick to make my first order.
08/10/2023: Popped in to try their pumpkin spice latte, which I had heard was very good. Took it with to-go. When I tasted it, I found that it was DEFINITELY not for me. I went back to ask them to pour it out for me. They offered (without my asking - or expecting it) to make me a new cup at no charge. So I got a great chai latte instead. Great service!!!
