Quality and selection are super good; albeit with many "smart" things after American inspiration. The price is as they are now in Copenhagen, i.e. to the high side. But when the quality comes along, it's tolerable. The premises are a bit small, and it can be difficult to find a place to sit on the premises, at the busy times of the day. The staff are polite and smiling, but the very young age means that they are not always top service minded. However, the small imperfections are not enough to deduct a whole star, so they get five. for good correlation between price, quality and experience. However, calling the place a "café" is probably a Greater Copenhagen phenomenon. It is properly a cafeteria. You must order at the checkout yourself, and pick up your things yourself when you are "called up". There may not be anything wrong with that - it works then - but for me "café" is something with table service and more service.
