Quality and selection are great; albeit with many "smart" things inspired by American. The price is as they are in Copenhagen, i.e. on the high side. But when the quality comes with it, it is bearable.
The premises are a bit small, and it can be difficult to find a place to sit there, at busy times of the day. The staff is polite and smiling, but their very young age means that they are not always top service-minded. The small cosmetic flaws are not enough to deduct a whole star, so they get five for a good correlation between price, quality and experience.
Calling the place a "café" is probably a Greater Copenhagen phenomenon. It is properly a cafeteria. You have to order at the cash register yourself, and pick up your things yourself when you are "called up". There may be nothing wrong with that - it works - but for me "café" is something with table service and more service.
