A lovely, cozy place where you can sit really comfortably and have both hot and cold drinks.

I usually come here once in a while and have usually been happy with the place. Today I accidentally ordered a chai latte instead of a matcha latte. The mistake was clearly my own and that is of course fair enough. I asked nicely if it was possible to change the order, the clerk seemed very cold and uninterested in helping. She mumbled something about hearing her colleagues if anyone wanted the drink, but when they said no, there was no real attempt to find a solution. I didn't expect to get anything for free, but a little more service or understanding would have been nice — maybe being able to buy a matcha latte at a reduced price. It was mostly the lack of friendliness that made the experience disappointing. A little flexibility would have been good service.

The best service, super nice employees... clean and in the basement you can enjoy your coffee in quiet surroundings...

Cozy Espresso House. Unfortunately you can't work that well as there is no internet and generally extremely poor coverage. If they get the internet up and running again, it will be significantly better.

We were served by two incredibly sweet and welcoming girls who really made the visit something special. The atmosphere was warm, cozy and relaxed from the moment we walked in. You could tell that they are genuinely passionate about good service, we were greeted with big smiles and an energy that was contagious. The coffee tasted absolutely wonderful! perfectly made and served with care. It all just played on the atmosphere, the service and the quality. It's rare that you feel so welcome and appreciated as a customer. It was a super cool experience all the way through, and we will 1000% come back! Huge praise from here 👏☕✨
