One of the best cafes I've ever been to, wonderful atmosphere

very kind and helpful staff, delicious cappuccino and excellent food

Nice location as it is set within a hotel and is much nicer than their other locations. But that's where it ends. Food availability was limited and I was charged for and served 2 salads even though I only asked for one salad. A refund was processed, but am waiting for it to come through which is a little annoying and will need to keep on top of to ensure it goes through, but thats a fault with the creditcard company and bank. Also, there was no mention that they were out of the croutons that accompanied the salad. This should have been explained prior to purchase and without me having to ask for them. The staff need to be a little better trained especially as they are mainly dealing with hotel guests.

We were there around 10:30 on a Saturday and it was nice and easy. The place is actually inside the hotel. The atmosphere was very nice and didn’t feel rushed like some of the others in the center of the town. Good sizes of coffee, good taste and as well as the food such as croissants and sandwiches
