An absolutely fantastic stay! The food, drinks, rooms, service were top notch. Would definitely recommend it to others, both old and young, there is room for everyone!

The food in our seven course dinner was fantastic. So was the wine. It can really, really be recommended and the new owners have clearly given the ambitions a boost. The room was lovely with a wonderful view and the possibility to sit on our own chairs outside on the terrace, which you could walk straight out onto from the room. There was even a gooseneck kettle in the room, so if you are a coffee enthusiast, you can brew your own pour-over in the room. :)

Fantastic stay👌 Cozy nice room with a view over the fjord. We ordered a 5-course meal with wine menu.🥩🍷 Really a good dining experience that was beautifully served and delicious wines to go with it. The breakfast is also in a class by itself. Really delicious. Huge recommendations from here

We had a fantastic evening at the "new" Fakkelgaarden. The food tasted wonderful. 25 degrees in September! Cold white wine on the terrace! Lobster for starter! And red tongue for main course! And the best thing is that the price is very reasonable. Hope we will be allowed to visit you many times in the future.

Fantastic dinner. We had their 5 course menu and I must say it was really a wonderful taste experience. Service is top notch too. It is definitely worth a visit.
