Family Buffet Billund

Today we chose to eat at the family buffet in Legoland, but I must say that the level of service did not live up to expectations. Although the restaurant was only five minutes away, it was a very disappointing experience to be turned away at the door when we knocked and asked if we could come in. When a restaurant states opening hours, you expect to be able to enter at that time. A more accommodating solution could have been to invite the guests inside and inform them of a short waiting time, but that we could start with drinks. Having said that, I think it's late to only open at 11.30, and even on some days only at 12, even though the park opens already at 10. I really wanted to write that places are child-friendly, but I can't when they open so late. The food was delicious as always, but the service unfortunately slows down. ⭐️⭐️"

The food was super nice and something different for every taste. Very cheap for 4 children and 3 adults NOK 700. It was a bit hectic with people running around, but the staff were really friendly. Good for the kids, full of service and diligent with a smile. Nice staff.

Very good food, had heard this was one of the restaurants that took gluten most seriously in the park so we decided to try it. Ordered my own gluten-free pizza and didn't feel bad afterwards. The children ate well and were happy with the food. Decent food for adults too. Family friendly restaurant with a good selection for children at a reasonable price. Can recommend this in Legoland and especially if you are traveling with someone who cannot tolerate gluten.

Great food . I think the best , because there is everywhere 🍔 hotdog 🌭 cola etc. In family buffet you have more vegetables

yesterday the 11 of us were at the Family Buffet at Legoland. everything was fine until part of the group went outside to the toilet and the rest of us moved to a high table next to the play area where our children were. Then EVA, the Teamleader of the establishment, came and told us that those who were in the WC could not go back in and those of us who were at the high table had to leave, even though we were drinking tea. She spoke to us in a bad tone of voice and after her insistence and inappropriate manners we finally left to never hear her again. it's a shame that in legoland, a familiar place you come across this kind of treatment.

Pretty expencive, the food was okay, but you could tell it's buffet food, made for quantity, not quality

Good selection of main courses, sides and drinks and as much soft serve ice cream and drinks as you want. No alcohol! Two types of meat, pasta and pizza, salads and curry.

I was wary about eating here after reading the 'mixed' reviews, and selected it for convenience, and because it was the least badly reviewed restaurant at Legoland. I was very pleasantly surprised. We are here at 7pm, after the rides had closed. It was not busy at all. We were advised that the place would be closing at 8, but we didn't feel rushed. The choice and quality of food was very good. All the family enjoyed it. Beef, chicken, pizza, vegetarian Bolognese, all hot, tasty and high quality. Price was very reasonable too, and the waitress was friendly and spoke excellent English.

I booked the menu without reading the reviews first. When we visited, I was really afraid to eat there because of the bad reviews. However, we had a very positive experience throughout. There were several very tasty salads, meat and vegetables, various potato dishes. There were also nuggets, chicken legs, spaghetti fries and pizza. Also various vegetarian dishes. Soft drinks and soft ice cream were included. The staff was very friendly and the toilets were also clean. Of course you shouldn't expect to dine in a 5 star restaurant. But everything we ate tasted very good. Of course the price is high, but isn't everything in Legoland or Denmark expensive? We would eat here again.

Very good food, nice enviroment, nice workers and generally a nice place.
