An excellent evening at Ferdinands Bøfhus. To start with, we were well looked after and as many as 3 waiters would take our drink orders... 😊 The service is friendly, smiling, accommodating and helpful. The food is nicely presented, well presented, well prepared and tasty, and the portions are for adults. Thanks for that. Price in relation to quality is as it should be. Thank you for a good experience. 😊

An evening of perfectly prepared steaks and fantastic wine. Our Valentine's Day at Ferdinands Bøfhus was nothing less than a culinary experience! From the first moment we were greeted with smiles and a well-organized service that made the evening absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel welcome. They had a great knowledge of the menu and helped us find the right wine for our dishes - and they hit the spot! For starters we enjoyed an oven-baked salmon served with sesame and a tangy ponzu sauce which really brought out the freshness of the fish. For the main course we chose the Chateaubriand for two, an exquisite cut of beef tenderloin served with grilled asparagus, béarnaise sauce and crispy fries. The meat was perfectly pink in the middle and so tender it almost didn't need a knife. For dessert we shared a fluffy soufflé with Grand Marnier which was a flavor explosion of citrus and sweetness - a wonderful end to the evening. We are already looking forward to the next visit

Already upon arrival we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where we immediately felt welcome. The restaurant has a cozy and elegant interior that creates the perfect setting for a romantic dinner From the moment we walked in the door, the service was top notch. We were quickly shown to our table by the friendly and professional waiter who made us feel comfortable. Throughout the evening, the staff were attentive without being intrusive - the glasses were never empty, and we were continually asked if everything was as it should be. It is clear that there is a focus on the details, which makes a big difference. We started the evening with a starter consisting of a delicious beef carpaccio, served with freshly grated parmesan, toasted pine nuts and a perfectly balanced truffle dressing. The meat was buttery tender and the flavors went together wonderfully For the main course, we both chose a juicy New York striploin, which was served with crispy fries, grilled vegetables and an intense, creamy pepper sauce. The meat was cooked exactly as we wanted it - medium rare - with a nice caramelized crust and an irresistible taste. You could really taste the high quality of the meat, and it was clear that the restaurant uses only the best ingredients. For dessert we enjoyed a classic chocolate mousse cake with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries, and it was the perfect end to a sublime meal. The chocolate fondant was just as it should be - runny in the middle and with a rich, intense chocolate flavor. Ferdinands Bøfhus delivers a gastronomic experience where both food, service and atmosphere come together in a higher unity. It is a place where you really show your love for quality meat and the good dining experience. We had a wonderful Valentine's Eve and can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dinner - whether it's a romantic evening, a family celebration or just a night to spoil yourself with a great steak. The atmosphere was romantic and cozy, perfect for an evening where we wanted to pamper ourselves. The service was world class. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by smiling staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were served quickly, but in a way that never felt rushed. The evening started with a homemade tartare of beef tenderloin, seasoned to perfection with capers, shallots and a creamy mustard dressing For the main course we chose grilled Wagyu Striploin. Must say it was an impressive cut. It was served with a pommes anna and an intense red wine sauce. The meat was cooked to perfection - juicy, tender and full of flavor 🥩 For dessert we had a pancake with vanilla ice cream and orange sauce - a perfect end to the evening.

Our waiter made sure throughout the evening that we lacked for nothing. We started with a flavorful lobster bisque that was full of intense seafood flavor and perfectly rounded off with a touch of cognac and cream. For the main course, we chose the exclusive Wagyu Ribeye, which was served with truffle mash and a delicious red wine sauce. The meat was so tender it almost melted on the tongue and the creamy truffle mash added a luxurious depth to the dish. The dessert was a homemade panna cotta, the silky vanilla cream was the icing on the cake. Ferdinands Bøfhus delivers a dining experience worth remembering. The quality of the ingredients, the excellent service and the cozy atmosphere make the restaurant an obvious choice – not only for Valentine's Day, but also for any special occasion.

Lækker mad, fik de møreste velsmagende bøffer. Lækkert tilbehør også. Havde min mor med alzheimers med. Kæmpe forståelse fra personalet. Udover dette en eminent service. Kommer helt sikkert igen, selvom vi ikke er fra byen.
