Super tasty food in a cozy atmosphere! The staff was very nice and explained everything well and the chef knows what he’s doing. Will return when back in Copenhagen 🫶

Really great staff and a fantastic atmosphere. We had ramen, and it was truly delicious. The broth was especially impressive. I'd love to come back. Absolutely unique in Copenhagen!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff was kind and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was beautifully presented and very delicious, every dish was a treat. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience in Copenhagen!

Cool and cozy, music selection is great, super friendly owner/chef, super friendly, knowledgeable , passionate waitress. Food is simple and complex. Need to come again!

Started with a delicious pickled salmon entree, swirling in the house red (excellent), followed by a rather chewy Duck Rice (I did not appreciate this at all) that not even the wine could rescue, ending with a phenomenal chocolate mousse. Ferment lacked atmosphere on the Saturday evening we visited, but it does offer a good cuisine that will leave your buds satisfied. Recommended, avoid the duck.

Åt en mycket god ramen och dom har även japansk öl. Lite trångt men ändå mysigt och väldigt trevlig personal. Värt ett besök om man gillar japansk mat.

El personal aquí es apasionado por lo que están haciendo. Bienvenido a pesar de no haber reservado (ok, solo 2 personas, pero aún así) Buena comida y pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia. Suelo decir que la mejor crítica está volviendo de nuevo. Bueno, si viviera en Copenhague sin duda volvería de nuevo! Vale la pena el esfuerzo de visitar.

They are retardedsaldo unfortunately. I wish I can go live in the moon I would be fine. The less people the best. Bye bye 🙏

09/01/2025: Skøn frokost med skøn og veltilberedt mad. Betjeningen var i top og skøn vin som blev anbefalet af tjeneren. Et sted som jeg varmt kan anbefale.
