I was supposed to order two sandwiches. I ask for one that is on their menu - but they don't make it anymore. I choose two others, pay, and then I'm told that there's something wrong with their toaster, so it will take 15 minutes. I don't have much time and I thought it would take 5 minutes, and I ask if I can get my money back. The young employee is replaced by what I think is the owner. He starts looking at a screen and ends up saying that in their new system, money can't be returned, only credit cards. I don't want to be a grumpy customer, but I say that I think it sounds a bit strange. He asks the young employee if she said that the toaster is slow, to which she says yes - here I have to be a slavish customer again and say that it was only AFTER I had paid. I end up waiting for the two sandwiches. They tasted fine, but at 74 kr each they were also overpriced. I think it was a disappointing experience that could have been handled better, and I'll probably choose another place next time.
