Firenzi, you can do better! Please, like in previous years! There was a lot of new staff today, but they seemed hectic, with no clear division of responsibilities. Of the appetizers we ordered, only one arrived at our table; the second was simply forgotten. The pizzas were okay, but the spaghetti carbonara tasted of absolutely nothing, and even the provided salt couldn't help. What's going on? This isn't the kind of service we've come to expect from you!

Unfortunately, we had a very long wait before we could order drinks and food. They seated us in a side room and then forgot about us :-). The pizza and pasta were okay, but nothing special. Our side room was incredibly noisy because it's very cramped and small, but has a lot of seats. This makes the noise level rise very high. You shouldn't sit there.

Had a really good pizza for takeout and went back for inside dining. The pizza is awesome. Crusty and tasty.
