Fiskehallen Lemvig

A super-delicious fish restaurant right on the harbor in Thyboron with a large outdoor terrace. For non-fish eaters, there are burgers, including vegan options. The staff is very friendly, and communication is easy in Danish, German, or English. We enjoy coming here for dinner every year.

The food was a huge portion and tasted really good. You can look out over the harbor while eating (if you get a seat). The opening hours are a bit of a bummer, as they're only open until the afternoon. You order downstairs, and it's a bit of a self-service affair.

Delicious restaurant with very generous portions, especially fish, and a vegan burger option. Dogs aren't allowed inside, but there are plenty of tables outside.

We've eaten here several times and have always been very satisfied, but today the chef seemed to be in the mood. The fries were soggy and the fish tasted bland.

One of our favorite places in Denmark for a delicious fish meal. Always great. Good quantities and always delicious.

Red sole fish fillet was ordered, to try something extra delicate. Unfortunately, my experience of it was that it was a bit dry and thin. So I didn't get the positive surprise I was hoping for. I think the dish and accessories were quite nice. And I certainly can't complain about the view from the square. The atmosphere was extra good when we also saw a seal that had followed a cutter in the harbor.

Die Fiskehallen Thyborøn sind ein beliebtes Fischrestaurant direkt am kleinen Hafen von Thyborøn. Gäste können hier einen wunderschönen Blick auf die anliegenden Fischerboote und das Meer genießen. Mein kulinarisches Highlight war für mich eindeutig die Fish’n Chips in „Seidlers“ Bierteig mit hausgerührter Tartarsoße. Außen goldbraun und knusprig, innen zart und saftig – dazu die frische, aromatische Soße: ein Gericht, das ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann,auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Die Kombination aus authentischer Hafenatmosphäre, frischem Fisch und freundlichem Service macht die Fiskehallen zu einem Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt. Wer in Thyborøn unterwegs ist, sollte sich diesen Genuss mit Blick auf Meer und Boote nicht entgehen lassen.

Fik en dejlig stjernekaster, men der var lige for meget salat, når der ingen dressing var over, eller til. Personalet var meget venlige.
